Poor quality videos (shot on the phone) are not considered.

3 A copy of the database with which the problem occurs
If the problem is observed on any database, including our demo database, then it is not necessary to send your database.

If you do not agree to provide personal data and confidential information, then you can make a copy of the database in which to delete most of the records, leaving 1-2 records in each table for convenient testing. And in the remaining entries, replace all confidential information with a single character, for example, the letter "X". We guarantee data confidentiality.

The database is one single file with the extension .mdb, the path to which is indicated below in the status bar screenshot. In case of MS SQL Server, send the .bak file (database backup). It is advisable to delete the password for the database (if it is specified for the .mdb file), compress the database and place it in a ZIP, RAR or 7z archive.
